Careful, it's Delicate by Esther Van Oui

$320.00

Careful, it’s Delicate is a self-portrait photography piece by Esther Van Oui that measures 3.25 inches X 6.75 inches, framed in a mid century triptych frame.

In the words of the artist:

This triptych was taken in the summer of 2021 following the death of my grandfather, using his antique dollhouse. As a child I was fascinated by this intricate miniature world, and would sit near it completely mesmerized and longing to play with it. Because of the fragile nature of the house and furniture, I was discouraged from touching it. The title reflects that, as well as the fragile, ephemeral nature of life itself. This series of photos was created as an outlet for my grief after my grandfather passed, as well as a connection to my family history.

Domestic shipping included in price.
