In "Ascent", a larger-than-life greek statue head walks upon miniature legs towards an even larger hovering, mysterious eye beneath a ceiling over Greek columns, which feels like the entrance to a temple minus the "house" itself. I feel in each piece a distortion of space invites the viewer to see subjects in different proportions within reality and question which reality is true.
